There were basically two ways that these cars came. Black Dash, Black Steering Column or Interior Color Dash and Column. One thing is for sure! There was no Steering Column Black Painted and an Interior Colored Dash or the other way around! Now, a noted GTO Expert (probably saw two cars) agrees with the Black Dash, Black Steering Column theory! Now, I ain't no expert but having scrapped about 40 of these 1970 year GTO's and having Restored or Redone in some form 5 of these I know from experience! Black Dash = Black Steering Column!
