You will notice that this is probably the correct "Yellow Spring Ring" Clamp. You do not see these to often either. There is actually a whole plethora of items that act together to make this whole system function. In 1970 it was more like an afterthought! The Vacuum Vapor Canister under the car body was like a small plastic box glued in the Differential Bay!
