Here is the Decklid. The Decal is laid on the first coat of paint. I leave the Protective Cover on the Decal while shooting subsequent layers of Paint. I like to even the Paint Thickness to that of the decal. Then I carefully remove the Protective Decal Cover. If I have any luck the painted cover comes off perfectly. Then it is time for clear.
