Adrian went to a company back East for the first set of Pistons. They could not find a 389 Piston so they sold him a set of 400 Std pistons. Then they cut a whole hell of a lot of metal out of them to lower the compression. That is what saved his block. I had enough metal to hone out for 389 .060 Pistons.
