This is the Rear Linkage Arm that goes on the Rear Carburetor. You have to add a "Ballstud". It can go one of two ways! Ball out or Ball in. I refer to let the linkage solve this Delima for me. People argue this Triviality all the time. Which is correct? They way it works best, Duh!
