Notice the New Ground Wire? They are usually Black. Ground is Black because if you go out and shovel off the Lawn, somewhere you will find "Black" ground! On top of this, Electrons only travel One way, from ground to a Positive Potential. They do not run home unless they are under the influence of "Alternating Current"!
