Can Ieave them out? No. They actually let the Front Frame move independent from the "Bolted Solid as Shit" front fenders etc. The frame has Big Rubber Doughnuts to enable it to Float while attached to the car. The core support has them also. The Fenders are solid to the body. They cannot be attached solid to the frame
