Ok, so here is the deal. Mitch the original owner turns onto an on ramp to merge into traffic. Just as he turns onto the ramp a cop at freeway speed notices his car turn on the ramp, then keep pace with him, then merge into traffic in front of him. The cop lights him up, tells him he was not radared, he was not paced but if he fought his 100mph plus ticket they would need to pump light into his prison cell. He mailed them a check!
