You can do things two ways. Shoot Clear, shoot another layer, shoot another then bake it in booth. Then back it out to a Semi Clean Area and go for the "Wet Sanding". You really have to lay on the Clear. If you Sand into the Decal it's start all over. Or, if your Booth is Dust free just shoot clear, make sure there is no edge of variance on decal. Bake and final wet sand!
