The Reason I designed this Dolly was Perfection in Painting and more importantly Welding. Let me type this perfectly clear. This is my design. It was based loosely upon bulkheads, knuckle cranes and gantry cranes in the Marine Industry. I wanted a dolly that would not let the body "sag"
