This is the Miller Welder I had to purchase to do the job right. Basically an ocean going barge welding capable unit. While in the marine industry we would purchase these huge barges, cut and gut them, split them down the keel and reweld them back together. This was the machine I used. The frame metal is the same thickness as the barge bulkheads
