I realize that there is a Hose Clamp to tighten it up. I was going to Weld on a nice Nut and Use a Thumb Screw to tighten it up but time is a component that I do not have lots of.

All in all once it had all the bugs worked out it ran real nice. Now I have to find out how to make Pioneer reproduce the RM370 rocker arm stud for Pontiac 389 and 421 engines
