These are the correct "CARDS" that came with the housing as taken apart from the factory. When I remove Cast iron "CARDS" I always attempt to replace them with Cast Iron "CARDS". If you do not observe your "Diff Man" with a big supply of these he probally should not be putting your differential together. These are the most important item I can think of.
