One of the most common items that I have to replace is the upper Air Horn. They are usually warped to shit or damaged from people overtightening their Air Cleaners.

  • Worst thing is that once the part is sandblasted the grit sticks in the hinges and wears out the pins. You have to take them out of the blast booth and move them closed and open about twenty times. Then Air blow them and do it many more times.
