I use a Huge and Ugly Carbide Cutter to smooth the inside of the Flange. It is not seen but just so happens to be the best place to get your Game On! Really, you need to be Caffeine and Nicotine free to even start a Job like this! Perhaps you could get stoned on marijuana! That might help
