Sometimes you have to machine the intake manifold flanges to mate up the head deck machining. In this case I just removed enough to clean up the surfaces and did not cut the heck outa them. So I do not need to surface the intake flanges.

All in all I think I will pick you up some real nice Stainless Steel Hex Head Bolts and Locking Nuts. Stainless Steel is somewhat expensive, I realize this but they are small and it will add a real nice detailing touch against the black.
