This is the plate that you install to hold the cables together. You will fit the center cable block onto the two cable ends. Then tighten down the hex bolts. Once they are tight to the cables then install two bolts and nuts and tighten down the bracket to hold the cable caseings solid to the bracket. This bracket actually was bolted to the Hood.
