Yes, it is True. You can do different things on different sides of the car. People complained that my 74 Superduty did not have the Original Rally Two's on it. So one car show I took my spare set of Honeycombs and put Two of them on the Passenger side. When they complained about not seeing Rallys I told them to walk to the otherside
