It's your guess. I think I can see a 13. It could be a 16. I have seen these heads with 216 casting numbers, 143 numbers. Kinda wierd. Pontiac was trying to figure out where to put the Identifiers. Under the Valve Cover in the early to late 60's meant you had to remove the valve cover
