Ups looks like the front threads seemed to go away. This is a common occurance when the antiseeze compound is not put on the threads on the inlet fuel fitting. Kinda rips them right out of the metal. In this case I usually go with an oversize fuel inlet or utilize a special Thread Repair Insert.
