You can see that there is a Slight Witness Mark that is in the Cylinder Head Deck Surface! This Corrosion is evident and is usually contained within the Inner Diameter of the Cylinder Head Gasket. As long as the area is within the Inner Diameter of the Head Gasket Sealing Area it is non consequential.
