This was due to another example of a "Cheap Con Man". Now, the story goes like this. The carburetors I received with the Crated Parts were Junk. New ones were found attached to an intake, did not want to spend money to ship so he found a "Trucker" that was comming up here to drop it off! He dropped it allright
