This compound is called Fuel Tank Seam Sealer. It is mixed up in Huge Batches and Squeezed into an Injection Machine. The person the Hose and Gun go into the Hatch in the Wing and down into the Fuel Tanks. They are just "Calking" the "Joints". Where ever there is a Bulkhead they Seal the Joints.
