In all cases 90 % of the time Pontiac Stock Retainers are your best choice. Now let's face it, if you want to utilize "Bee Hive" springs, Tripple Springs, Roller Camshaft Springs etc then you will need custom Stainless Steel or Titanium Retainers. The only Real Advantage is Titanium, half as heavy!
