The ARP Head Bolt Kit comes with hardened washers. You will need to pay attention to the washers. They actually go on the bolt one way. You could install them both ways but the bevel on the I.D. goes towards the Flange of the Bolt. It is beveled to clear the Radius under the bolt head.
