The trained eye can see the hole was drilled right down the center of the broken off stud. Now the trick is to put the little Adaptive Driver on the Splined Shaft and wrench out the stud. Often this is but a pipe dream. Usually the stud is bottomed out and is hella hard to remove. Then this Tool breaks off in the bolt.
