When it comes to porting you want to get more fuel to the lean cylinders, less fuel to the rich cylinders and not modify the flow to the cylinders that are running correct. Now if you want to increase the air to the good cylinders then you will have to really increase the flow to the lean ones. You may have to add metal to restrict flow to the overly rich cylinders.
