I realize that there is a Hose Clamp to tighten it up. I was going to Weld on a nice Nut and Use a Thumb Screw to tighten it up but time is a component that I do not have lots of.

In some of the cases these are bent quite a bit. The tubing can be restricted by the bending process. This is not good for the motor. Now chassis restrictions, starter locations, suspension locations dictate this bend.
