In this case I will just not utilize this cover. I will supply a vavle cover without the hole. You would just have to plug it to be correct in 66 anyway.

It was one of the first cars that I have taken the door panels off of and see the black tar paper still in place and performing a perfect job of protection of the inner door panel.
