  • The cheap fix is to take JB Weld and spread it onto the flange with a squeege.  Then you let it harden over night while having a junk manifold torqued onto the head.

  • You put a piece of Wax paper against the JB Weld and the Manifold Flange.  If you are lucky the wax paper will not rip and the manifold will come off the next day.  The rusted areas will be filled.
