Here you can kinda get the idea of how it should look. I would also suggest you take a look at the Positioning of the Synchro Collar Ring Orientation. This is the way they go. They do not work well backwards. Also notice the Assembled Reverse Idler Assembly. Forget the Inner Case Driven Gear and you will realize it cannot be installed with the Main Shaft in position
