  • Also the Hub only goes on one way. It will not function the other way. Not to mention the fact that once installed you need to correctly pick the correct thickness Snap Ring. This is also critical.

  • You do not want the hub to move back and forth when shifting and you do not want to clock that Snap Ring incorrectly. Some Fast Food Transmission guys will tell you different but that is because they aint edumicated. Poor Saps.

  • Ok there is the next gear for assembly. Once again it rides against that flange machined into the Main Shaft. Grease it up. Do not forget the Blocker Ring. They are needed. Just slide it on. If it don't fit something is wrong.
