Here is the back of Chico's Car. Look at the Fuel tank filler. Not a charred black charcoal mark on it. Guess the fuel tank filler did not start the fire. Of course the fact that It did not have fuel in the tank might be why. You see this was done very Professionally. Only the best in the Federal Employment get to do this. Problem is there were no fire fuel sources in the unit
