So he is transported into an upper Hospital Room. I come there and see him on many occasions. They have him hydrated thru a cathader inserted into his arm. Needless to say his lips and tounge are showing signs of not being in contact with water. This causes him great discomfort so I wipe his lips with soaked paper towels
