Should these be Black or Red? That is the question. In late 69 the cars got Black Wheel Caps, not Red. Matter of fact, this is well documented. On top of that Red Rally Two Wheel Caps do not match any of this paint scheme! The Rally Two Lug Nuts would also have the Black Centers. Matter of fact, I have seen very few 455 H.O. cars without Honeycomb Rims! If not the Honey Comb Rims then they had a very Unique Rally Two Rim.
