This old attempt at a recover has to go! This kinda, is just what it looks like. You just cannot attempt to take sheet vinyl and wrap it over the old pad! There are many issues that arise! First, the foam that should be under the covering is usually compressed and rock hard! Second, the Vinyl has to be Formed with Heat, to look correct! Just best to change it!
