These are actually lubed with Silicone Lube, not Grease. It is best not to use a Compound that might Disolve or Damage the Polyurethane Bushings. Once installed these are Hella Difficult to remove! On top of that, they just are not supposed to wear out. If you take the time to perform a good "Lube" with the Correct Lubricant, they should last quite a long time!
