These are the Two Adjustment Sleeves that you install between the Inner and Outer Tie Rods. They connect the two Tie Rods and provide a method to adjust the Wheels in and out to achieve alignment. This is important. In a Perfect World the Tie Rods would not need to be adjusted but such is never the case! Therefore these two items allow you to do such!
