This is a Good Frame! With the correct replacement Shafts, this would be a great candidate to redo. Problem is people see Surface Rust and think it is Diseased, like a Cast Iron Skillet! Such is not the case. Stamped Steel or Forged Steel or even Rolled Steel Plate is perty impervious to subsurface rust damage!
