What should you use? I like to use the Expensive "Blue" Trailer Grease. You can also use the Ford Moly Grease. It is Dark Grey! That Grease really makes a Difference in Bearing Loading and Wear! If you do not believe me put any other type in your Excursion Front Hubs!
