In the case of the Tri Powers, the Alternators had Two Upper Straps. One attached to the Water Pump upper Flange Bolt and the other one attaches to the Thermostat Housing Stud! It was a Special Fastener from Pontiac. They were not into "Cluster Stacking" brackets onto Bolts! They would however manufacture a Flanged Bolt with a Stud Portruding out to attach other items onto!
