If you can figure out how to drill a hole then why not try to figure out the correct place to drill it? Truth is almost anyone can drill a hole. All it takes is a Smith and Wesson 44 Magnum. You can pretty much put a hole where you want with that. Of course the hole hole will be rough and probably not in the correct spot!
