Here is the Lower Control Arm sans Bushings. Only one thwack will do ya. Trust me it works great. Only took me forty or so frames to get the swing with the sledge hammer right and not bend the arm at the same time. If you are not that gutsy then you had better come to someone like me who has the correct arbors, press, and c inserts to remove them.
