  • You can see the area that I have to weld on the Flanged Pipe. It has to be this tight of a bend. It takes an Old School Exhaust Tech to do this. I remember when we would fill the pipes with Sand and Heat them up to bend the pipes with no distortion.

  • Here you can see the welded in flange. If this were a Strip Car I would of filled the pipe with sand and welded the ends closed. Once done with that you just heat the pipe red hot and bend it to a 90. Almost quicker than a Hydraulic Machine.
