  • Get the parts all taken down. Clean them off and make sure that they are deburred with a Dremel Motor Tool. Make sure that your Clutch Rod that comes thru the Firewall goes into the end nice and tight. Then send them off for a Galvanizing.

  • That is usually the case in evey Clutch Pedal I have ever seen. I take the Clutch Pedal out of the car and drill it oversize and install a nice Roller Bearing that the Z-Bar Rod end fits tight into. You could also put in a Bronze Bushing.
