Ok, Head Bolt Bores and Cylinder Bores! You have to ensure they are both perfect. The Cross Hatch Pattern on the Cylinder walls has to be correct for the type of Piston Rings. Second, the Head Bolt Bores need Super Clean Threads so that the Bolts will have as little Rotational Friction possible when being tightened down.
