Yes it had been leaking. The manifold flange is rusted and no longer as flat as it should be. Now I got to drill out the rest of the valve, drill and tap the lower hole, reface the flange to make it seal. Looks like Bret will not be getting "Off the Porch with the Big Dogs" for another couple of days.
