Notice, that this block has never been dropped on it's back. If it had these Bellhousing Dowell Pins would be pushed into the block further. Now in this case the Bellhousing will have to be "Dialed In" to the block. To have your Input Shaft of the tranny exactly in the middle of the crankshaft is critical.
