I was not going to leave any Stone Unturned. No silly bolts here! It they are gonna hold the sides of the block rigid my caps need absolutely no stretch studs to do it with. Now I even "Custom Fit" the studs to the caps. Making sure that just enough threads are protruding from the cap to allow enough room for the washer and nut. Is this important?
