I have seen this type of Romancing the Block. People think that if they polish the outside of their piece of shit it will not be a piece of shit! I cannot believe the stuff I see! Crooked Lowlife Lugnuts make money this way. They disassemble three blown engines, clean the garbage parts, if they fit in the holes they put the "Best Looking One" together!
